This app provides a series of useful functions for device configuration (parameters and Group Addresses) in an ETS project.
The functions are:
Update: Changes the application program to a later or earlier version while retaining current configurations.
Convert: Transfers/adopts a configuration from an identical or compatible source device.
Channel Copy: Copies a channel configuration to other channels on a multichannel device.
Channel Exchange: Exchanges configurations between two channels on a multichannel device.
Import/Export: Saves and reads device configurations as external files.

Device configuration DCA for the dali bus definition. The application is used to configure only DT6 dali devices, first enumeration, post-installation, groups and scenes.
This DCA is used for commissioning and testing the DALI system via the Blumotix BX-DALI2 Gateway.
It is a Device Configuration App fully integrated into the ETS (DCA), which also includes the standard parameter dialog
Thanks to this integration, it is possible to identify, address and assign DALI control devices and sensors directly within the ETS environment, without the need for external software to the ETS system.

To carry out the DALI commissioning and the DALI test to the Casambi KNX DALI Hybrid Gateways this completely ETS-integrated Device Configuration App (DCA), which supplements the standard parameter dialogue, is used. This enables the identification, addressing and assignment of DALI control gears and DALI control devices (sensors) by using the familiar ETS environment without having to use additional software beyond the ETS.
"Check and Improve" helps you ensure and improve the formal quality of your ETS projects. This includes the verification and semi-automatic correction of spelling, configurable naming conventions, and the assignment of Datapoint types.
Without much effort, the project gets more clearly arranged, better maintainable and will be the perfect base for further use, e.g. for a visualization.
Some details:
The Spell checker can make use of many freely available dictionaries in lots of languages e.g. from the OpenOffice and Mozilla projects, plus user dictionaries for additional words.
The naming conventions can be defined by combining building blocks like "alternative", "concatenation", "list of allowed names", "list of names from project", "pattern" etc. to a rule.
The Datapoint type assignment has access to an online database with information currently about approx. 1000 application programs (continuously growing).
The current app version works only from ETS 5.7.2! The app is available for ETS6.
