With the Weinzierl KNX Modbus RTU Gateway 886.1 ConfigTool a so-called DCA (Device Configuration AddIn) is available for the ETS. With this it is possible to export the configuration of a Weinzierl KNX Modbus RTU Gateway 886.1 database and to import it into another gateway, thus saving a tedious configuration by hand.

With the WAREMA KNX SMI multiple actuators in surface-mounted or DIN rail-mounted housing, up to 16 SMI LoVo drives can be controlled independently of one another or in up to 16 groups. The manual override operation and status display of the binary inputs via the Bluetooth App and DCA App is unique and, additionally, operation is possible on the actuator itself. Commissioning and motor search/allocation is done via smartphone or the ETS DCA App. This app can also be used to read out and acknowledge the SMI Motor error list or to learn in tilt pulses.

Devices can be maintained comfortably using the Gira ETS Service App. It is possible to download new firmware to existing devices. In addition, older firmware versions can also be transferred to existing devices (e.g. in the case of a device exchange).
The programming interface of the ETS is used for a firmware programming operation. All KNX media are supported here (TP, IP, RF).
DALI-2 System Config Tool(Hereinafter referred to as DCA) is a plugin of the ETS software for configuring DALI gateway, embedded in the application of DALI gateway, to conveniently debug and configure function of DALI gateway, and address DALI device.

With the “KNXMCM BAline Studio Exchange” ETS app, CSV files that were previously generated in BAline Studio can be imported to ETS. These files contain information about names and types of objects and the direction of data flow, which were set in BAline Studio projects.
With “KNXMCM BAline Studio Exchange” the settings on KNX devices can be easily made so that the corresponding BAline Studio Project can run perfectly on these devices.
“KNXMCM BAline Studio Exchange” can in each case be run for only one device.
If a receiver heartbeat was set up for group objects in BAline Studio, a message appears in the “Information” field.
