Reactivates the protocol EIBlib/IP in ETS (not standardised and since KNXnet/IP redeemed). With this ETS App the establishment of an ETS connection using with this protocol is again possible.

This DCA can be used to commission and configure the DALI devices. The DALI subscribers can be assigned to the various groups and scenes and time controls can be implemented.
